First Steps Pediatrics was founded in 2003 in Saint Louis, Missouri.
We began as a traditional therapy agency providing pediatric occupational, physical, and speech-language therapies in the Saint Louis metropolitan area. 

Currently, we specialize in providing services including traditional therapies, complementary services, and health and wellness programs. We address physical, developmental, and medical concerns.
