First Steps Pediatrics was founded in 2003 in Saint Louis, Missouri and began as a traditional therapy agency that provided pediatric occupational, physical and speech-language therapies in the Saint Louis metropolitan area. Our offerings have since expanded to include traditional therapies along with complementary services and health and wellness programs. Spectrum Therapy Services was created in response to a need in our community for both traditional adult therapy solutions such as occupational, physical and speech therapies along with social training programs, health and wellness programs and complementary support services. 3C
